    The myToyota app has officially moved across to the myToyota Connect app. Find out more here.

  • Q Can I use the same myToyota account details to log into the myToyota Connect app?

    Yes, you can use the same account details from your myToyota account to log into the myToyota Connect app. However, if you were unable to log into myToyota using your account details after December 2021, you’ll need to register a new myToyota Connect account.

  • Q Where can I find the Ampol fuel offer?

    The Ampol fuel offer is only available on the myToyota Connect app. Find out more here.

  • Q How do I redeem the Ampol fuel offer?

    Open the myToyota Connect app, go to the Ampol fuel offer, and display the QR code to an attendant at a participating Ampol station directly from the app.

  • Q How do I disable the automatic myToyota pop-up on my iPhone when the Bluetooth® is on, and my car is switched on?
    1. Turn on your vehicle.
    2. On the head unit, tap “Menu”, then tap “Setup”.
    3. Scroll to the left-hand side of the menu, then tap “Toyota App Suite”.
    4. Tap “Auto detect iPhone app” to turn off the option, then tap “Ok”.

    These steps will disable the automatic pop-up.

    By accessing this Ampol Fuel Offer (Offer) you agree to be bound by these terms as well as any general Terms of Use of the myToyota Connect Application. You acknowledge that Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited (Toyota) and/or Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd (Ampol) are entitled, at their sole discretion to change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these terms of use and to change, amend, include or delete any terms of the Offer at any time without notice.

    1. The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions (Terms) imposed respectively by Toyota Motor Corporations Australia Limited (Toyota), Ampol Australia (Ampol) which are subject to change at any time without notice. Toyota, Ampol reserve the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in either of their reasonable opinions, they cannot verify that the individual is eligible to receive the Offer or believe the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or is otherwise in breach of the Terms.
      8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer
    2. Offer is limited to a discount of 8 cents per litre off eligible fuel purchased in one transaction at participating Ampol locations found here. Eligible fuels include Amplify Premium Unleaded 95, Amplify Premium Unleaded 98 and Amplify Premium Diesel.
    3. Offer is limited to one transaction per vehicle registered to a myToyota Connect account during a 24-hour period from the time of the last transaction.
    4. Offer is limited to one transaction per GAZOO RACING Toyota vehicle that is added in a registered myToyota Connect account per 24-hour period from the time of the last transaction.
    5. Offer will be activated within 48 hours from the date of receiving an email from Toyota Australia to confirm their membership with GAZOO RACING CLUB.
    6. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
    7. Not available in conjunction with any other fuel offer.

    1. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be a myToyota Connect member, i.e. have an active myToyota Connect account with your updated and correct contact details.
    2. Offer is limited to GAZOO RACING CLUB active members, i.e. have completed registration via email invitation from Toyota Australia.

All other offers eligible fuels applies to: Unleaded 91(ULP), Amplify Premium Unleaded 95 (PULP), Amplify Premium Unleaded 98, Amplify Diesel and Amplify Premium Diesel, up to 150 litres. Offer applies to transactions on eligible fuel only.
    3. The Offer is only available at participating Ampol locations in Australia. For more information click here. Participating Ampol locations are subject to change without notice and is at the sole discretion of Ampol.
    4. The Offer is only available to guests who:
      1. have a myToyota Connect account;
      2. have a vehicle(s) registered in Garage (including VIN and registration details); and
      3. have installed the myToyota Connect app on a compatible smartphone or device.
    5. Toyota and/or Ampol reserve the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in its reasonable opinion, it cannot verify that they are eligible to receive the Offer or believe the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or are otherwise in breach of these terms.

    7. If there are any technical issues with the myToyota Connect application or with the Ampol Scanner App Redemption Mechanism at participating Ampol locations, Toyota and Ampol will use reasonable steps to honour the discount.
    8. Any offers that are notified from an email from Toyota Australia may take up to 24 hours to activate following the time that the email is sent.

    How to redeem

    1. Locate your nearest participating Ampol location. Participating Ampol locations can be found here.
    2. Fill up your vehicle at a participating Ampol location.
    3. When in-store, open the myToyota Connect application on your smartphone or other device.
    4. In the "My Garage" section of the application, select the Reward.
    5. Select "Get Code" to access your unique Code.
    6. Present your Code at the participating Ampol register at the time of payment, and the discount will be applied. Payment should be made by standard payment methods (cash, debit, or credit card). Customers cannot pay using Pay@Pump, FuelPay® or StarCard or StarCard Debit.
    7. If prompted, you can enter your odometer reading.

     

    Personal Information

    1. You acknowledge that by using the Ampol Fuel Offer you are giving your permission for Toyota to share vehicle information (including VIN and registration details) with Ampol, as well as details of your refueling behaviour (e.g. date, location, volume) with Ampol To the extent this information comprises of personal information, Ampol will collect and handle it in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at here.

     

    Disclaimer

    1. The offer commences on 1 May 2022 and expires on 31 December 2023.
    2. Vehicles purchased under the Employee & Family vehicle scheme are not eligible for this offer.
    3. Except as provided by law, the myToyota Connect application is provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. Toyota does not warrant that the information contained in or accessible through the myToyota Connect application is accurate, suitable for your purposes, or without errors, omissions, or viruses. Toyota also does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Toyota Website.
    4. Ampol does not guarantee that the availability of the redemption mechanisms at the participating Ampol locations will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free and accepts no responsibility for any failure of customers to be able to redeem the Offer.
    5. You acknowledge that access and use of the myToyota Connect application and redemption of the Offer (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota Connect application and the in-store app redemption mechanism) may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of Toyota and Ampol's control. Toyota does not warrant the accuracy of any advice, opinion, statement, representation, or other information displayed on or accessible through the myToyota Connect application.
    6. Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify Toyota’s liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability).
    7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer including but not limited to (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Toyota’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference; (c) any variation stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred.
    8. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota makes no representations or warranties in respect of the information and materials available on the myToyota Connect application or the means of accessing that information and material (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota Connect application).
    9. Toyota is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise, any injury or damage guests’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials. If the Offer is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond Toyota’s and/or Ampol’ control, including due to any technical or communications problems or if an event corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Offer, Toyota reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer.
    10. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are up to date and accurate within the myToyota Connect app. Toyota will not be responsible for any correspondence or offer which is unable to be delivered due to incorrect contact details within the myToyota Connect. It is the responsibility of the participants to monitor their email inbox include junk or spam mail and to ensure that the email domain ‘@Toyota.com.au’ is added to the safe sender list.
    11. To the extent permitted by law, Toyota makes no warranty or representation and accepts no responsibility for any websites operated or controlled by entities other than Toyota which are or may become linked or framed to or from the Toyota Website.

     

    Limitation of Liability

    1. You agree that neither Toyota nor Ampol is liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the use of the myToyota Connect application, or redemption of the Offer, the use by Toyota or Ampol of information provided by you to Toyota through the myToyota Connect application, any such loss or damage which may arise should you be unable to access the myToyota Connect application, for whatever reason and however arising, including negligence.
    2. To the extent that Toyota and Ampol are able to limit the remedies available under these conditions of use, they expressly limit their liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by virtue of any legislation to the following remedies (the choice of which is to be at Toyota and Ampol's sole discretion).
    3. You indemnify Toyota and Ampol against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage, proceeding, expense (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by us, arising from, or which is directly or indirectly, related to:

     

    • Your breach or non-observance of any term of these conditions of use; or
    • Any breach or inaccuracy in any of your representations or warranties.
